Natural sources of Pantothenic Acid can be found in wheat germ, dairy, meat whole grains, liver and yeast.

  • Women 5 mg

OVER DOSAGE
Although not common, symptoms may include inability to urinate, diarrhea, drowsiness or depression.


FIGHTING AGENTS
If you are taking sleeping pills, drinking large amounts of alcohol or estrogen, you may not be receiving the amount of Pantothenic Acid you think you are.
