CALCIUM

IN THE BODY
In order for Calcium to be absorbed properly, an ample amount of Vitamin D is essential.


WITHDRAWALS
Without the proper amount of Calcium, the body will experience weak bones and shaky nerves. There is also a chance that a deficiency in this area will lead to colon cancer or pre-eclampsia of pregnancy.

OVER DOSAGE
If taken in excess, you may experience vomiting, and nausea. It may also cause damages to the muscles and kidneys.

Calcium supplements are used to prevent heart disease, high blood pressure, damaged kidneys, treat stones (either kidney or bladder) or help with dehydration and constipation. Osteoporosis can also be treated with these supplements.
